Pastificio dei Campi is a new company with a new concept, that is at the same time modern, innovative and respectful of the ancient tradition of pasta making of Gragnano.
The project wants to build a new dimension of quality, starting with the transparency and the collaboration of all the actors of the supply chain.
Pasta of Pastificio dei Campi is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina with a protein content of 14,5% and extruded through very rough bronze dies. Our wheat is totally tracked, in fact you can, on our web site, (putting the best before end code and the name of the shape, printed on the red ribbon that seals the box) follow step by step every piece of pasta, looking through Google Earth, a new and easy to access to everybody system.
