Currently at Pastificio del Campi we produce 57 formats of pasta: all the traditional Gragnano shapes, some classic Italian ones and a few original creations.
The name is a combination of the features: the cross-section is that of mezzani. the surface is striped and the cut is diagonal.
The product is made with high quality raw material, 100%Italian durum wheat semolina, extruded through a bronze die and slow dried. P.G.I. certified.
