The traditional recipes of Valentino are pushed forward by master pasta maker Paolo Felicetti, thanks to the innovative production technologies and refined craftsmanship. The result is a fragrant pasta with perfect cooking qualities and a well-balanced taste that is second to none.

In the past, our factory "captured" the energy that it needed from an ancient and vital renewable source: water, which flows copiously nearby. Today, our own photovoltaic and cogeneration plants are able to produce more than 90% of the energy drawn by the factory. It is just one of the many environmentally responsible choices we make every day.
