we are family business that is specialized on a hadmade production, where we mix tradition and origin to obtain different pork products (ham, loin, shoulder, ,chorizo and salchichón) within the three main iberico categories: acorn-fed pigs (Ibérico de bellota) , cebo de campo pigs and fodder-fed pigs (Ibérico de Cebo). Our 3 production facilities have IFS and BRC Certificates, that along with the investmenet in technology to optimize the production process, let us offer an homogeneous, with the correct maturing time and stable product throughout the year.
Apart from this, we have several formats in order to adapt the product to our customer needs ( whole pieces, halves, boneless product and slices through a hand or machine cut process).
