Prosciuttificio Montevecchio S.r.l., was born the 1st of July 2002 from an idea of Paolo and Graziano. In the factory, placed at Savigno (BO), In the factory placed in Savigno (Bologna), village inside valley of Samoggia, meats of pork are manufactured traditionally.

Handcrafting, combined with modern technologies, provide the stages of manufacturing, refining, salting, curing.
