Since 1987 we produce high quality bakery products typical of Puglia, in the full respect of the best bakery tradition, and with the use of genuine raw and selected materials.

Since 25 years we work with our flours in a natural way to produce a wide range of treasures of a great tradition boulangere: crunchy tarallucci, tasty hand-made bagels, traditional friselle, sweet cream puffs, biscuits, dumplings, donuts, and zeppoline; we also produce fresh pasta and a vending line for automatic deployment.
Every product take us back in time to an era in which everything was prepared at home, according to recipes handed down for generations, using simple ingredients, combined with flair and imagination.
