Raviolificio Poker

The Poker pasta company was first established in 1958. Giuliano Brignoli and Rosa Carissimi, its current owners, acquired the company in 1983. 

In 2007, the production unit moved to Albano Sant'Alessandro, which is a short distance from Bergamo.
The company has preserved its original artisan approach, which still requires many tasks to be carefully performed by hand, yet it has also branched out to develop its technical and commercial departments.
