Rocca Toscana Formaggi is a young company, founded in October 2015, but with an experience of over 60 years in the food and dairy sector. For years now, the Canti family aged and refined pecorino cheeses that were produced according to their own recipes by carefully selected dairies. The careful control of the raw material used, the production and maturing techniques and the management process aim to offer a wide and varied range of products.
