Our company is located in Genga, in the heart of the Marche region, part of the Gola della Rossa Regional Park, a landscape of rare beauty that includes the presence of an extraordinary natural spectacle such as the Frasassi Caves.
Our Salumificio is already a reality since the early 1970s, born in a rural context, where breeding and processing of the products were one. This union has still been maintained in the conviction that it is the best prerequisite for a quality product. Over the years, the desire to jealously preserve tradition and quality has been firm, searching for the origins of recipes to preserve the aromas and flavors of the past.
The Salumificio di Genga guarantees the highest quality of its raw material: our meat comes exclusively from 3 Italian farms selected by the company and certified by regional regulatory bodies, declaring the supply chain 100% of Italian origin NO GMO.
