​The Paul-Bricius company was founded in 2004 in Vittoria as an artisan microbrewery, from the passion of three friends for the brewing world born with the production of beer at home.
The main activities are the production, bottling and distribution of beer produced following an ancient craft method.
Clashing against what was the nature and the origins of their city, always known as the home of wine, they began to cultivate two-row barley for the production of beer.
The must of beer is brewed with a direct flame in a handcrafted plant; for the production top quality malts and hops are used; the beer is then stabilized, re-fermented and matured in the bottle, without undergoing any filtration or pasteurization treatment.
The production process is long and laborious; from the moment the beer is produced to when it is placed on the market at least 5 months pass.
