The Plot of Land
The olive groves from which this oil is obtained are located in Benevento in the district Francesca a few kilometers from the center of the town. The position is slightly slope, thus avoiding water stagnation. The exposure is south and allows the soil to
heat gradually, with abundant insolation so that the heat lasts long, even after dark.
The orientation of the rows is north / south.
The plot of land of Satanasso is moderately fine, clayey and slightly compact. Outcropping rocks are rarely found . This plot
is characterized by the presence of different variety with a prevalence of Racioppella and Pampagliosa.

Organoleptic description
Light green olive fruitiness, characterized with herbaceous notes and hints of almond, chicory and ripe fruit. Entrance to the sweet palate that it remembers the fruit, then in succession it is felt a slight bitter of chicory and in the finish it comes
out the very spicy that recalls the rocket salad. Excellent persistence.
