An historical wine of Macerata lands like the malvasia, a native vine cultivated here even before the Verdicchio, and a name which reminds threshings of the past, straw and labor in the fields. This is COVONE strongly rooted to Lebboroni family origins as well as the vine which it’s produced from, 70 years old where all the processes are carried out only by hand. Malvasia is a result of a fresh wine with a delicate, mineral and good flavor.
This wine is agreeable both immediatly and over time, it is excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by dishes of fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
