Immersed in the Cerignola countryside, Tenuta Ruocco is surrounded by 10 hectares of centuries-old olive trees, divided between two of the most important and well-known crops of the culinary tradition of Puglia: the Coratina monocultivar, from which our prized Extra Olive Oil is born, together with the most famous Olive of Spain, better known as Bella di Cerignola. A small vegetable garden frames the farmhouse. Here we respect the natural production cycle, cultivating seasonal vegetables from time to time.
The different fruit trees offer us delicious delicacies: from loquats, plums, peaches and inevitable mulberries in summer, to juicy oranges and delicious mandarins in winter. In the Ruocco estate, the history and rural tradition of Cerignano have been respected for more than 70 years, implementing a scientific cultivation of the products that make our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our olives among the finest of the Basso Tavoliere.
