Obtained from a first cold pressing, which allows to maintain all its organoleptic characteristics and highlight its aromas and particular notes:
- COLOR: Intense olive-green with yellowish iridescence
- AROMA IN THE NOSE: Intense and persistent green fruity
- IN MOUTH: highlights an initial bitter touch, of moderate to high intensity, to later produce an enveloping spicy impression
