Our commitment is to enhance the ancient native Vernaccia Nera vine. The agricultural estate extends for 66 hectares of which about 20 are dedicated to viticulture. 80% of the vines represent the native Vernaccia Nera vine; we also grow Pecorino, Sauvignon and Sangiovese. Our wines are produced exclusively with the grapes of our land. We devote a huge job to the vineyards because the wine is made in the vineyard.
We are about 500 meters above sea level at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The slopes are steep, dug and steep, facing south, south-east. The climate is foothills with strong temperature changes between night and day. The proximity of the Adriatic creates continuous thermal wind between land and sea or vice versa. The soil is marly-calcareous with fine white clay, stony skeleton ricoo. The first plant dates back to 2000.
