In the "green heart of Italy", for more than four hundred years, we have dedicated ourselves with infinite passion to the cultivation and harvesting of olives that grow on the rocky hills of the Umbrian lands.

Our roots go back to 1639, when - according to an ancient inscription on a stone found at the entrance of the mill - the Gradassi family began the mill activity handed down, from generation to generation, until today.

Since that time, extra virgin olive oil has become the "ingredient" of our life: its bright green is the color of our days, its smell is the constant of every awakening, its fruity flavor the taste of our journey.
