STEFANIA CALUGI company was founded in 1987: Stefania Calugi, descended from a truffle hunters family since the second half of the 1800s, undertook fresh truffle sale after 1985, and when the business was expanded by the introduction of frozen and preserved products there was necessary to build the current establishment and business structure.
Today the company offers a wide selection of fresh/frozen/preserved truffles and mushrooms, together with vegetables in oil, jams, salts, oils and other earth fruits.
