Grapes: Trebbiano 90%, Chardonnay 10%
Alcohol: 13% vol

Harvest: Exclusively manual, around the middle of September

Colour: Yellow-straw of medium intensity, with shades of green 

Bouquet: Scent of exotic fruits, with nuances of ripe apple, intense and fresh,

with subtle spicy notes 

Taste: Intense, with not intrusive acidity, persistent in the final of the mouth,

with hints of fruity aftertaste

Pairings: It can be combined with fish and crayfish, light pasta dishes and even seconds of delicate meats
