Il Maleto è un bellissimo vino bianco ottenuto da uve Chardonnay bio raccolte manualmente e vinificato in acciaio. Un vino fresco, con note di mela verde e frutti bianchi al naso, una bella freschezza e sapidità al palato. Bella persistenza si abbina bene a piatti a base di pesce, crostacei o un risotto agli asparagi.
Maleto is a beautiful white wine obtained through organic Chardonnay grapes, picked up by hand and vinified in inox steel tanks. Fresh, with green apple and white flowers notes at the nose, a good sapidity at the palate. WIth a good persistence, it matches well with fish or an asparagous risotto.
