100% sangiovese grapes, it pours a cherry-hued rose with a floral aroma and unmistakable hints of roses followed by fresh fruity notes of strawberry and gooseberry. It is an agile, fresh wine with mineral notes, quite full-flavoured. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. It can accompany appetizers and barley soups, soft cheeses, white meats and shellfish.
