Agriverde

Straw-yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it is fine and fruity, with lovely scents of peach, sage, broom flower and hawthorn; scents of balsamic herbs creating a beautiful herbaceous note. On the palate it is fresh; well structured, excellent aromatic correspondence; great balance; medium-bodied, persistent, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish. Wine pairing: Raw fish, chitarrina with lobster, semi-seasoned cheese, risotto “alla pescatora” (with seafood).
