SENATORE CAPPELLI WHOLEMEAL PASTA
The well-rounded and fragrant taste of Senatore Cappelli in its entirely fullness, a wholemeal pasta of pleasant bran aftertaste which satisfies also the most demanding palates and it’s appreciated by children too. Important nutritional values and benefits: source of fiber and proteins, easily to assimilate, contains more mineral salts than white pasta (in particular potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and zinc) and it’s rich of beta- glucani contained inside the bran. 

The wheat grows in Puglia and Basilicata, while the pasta making process is developed in Marche. Perfect combined with conofments of vegetables, pesti and white ragout.

Il gusto rotondo e aromatico del Senatore Cappelli in tutta la sua pienezza, in una pasta integrale dal delicato retrogusto di crusca che accontenta anche i palati più esigenti ed è apprezzata anche dai bambini. 

Importanti i valori nutrizionali e benefici: è fonte di fibre e di proteine ed è facilmente digeribile, contiene più sali minerali rispetto alla pasta bianca (in particolare potassio, ferro, calcio, fosforo e zinco) ed è ricca di beta-glucani contenuti nella crusca. 

Il grano è coltivato in Puglia e Basilicata, mentre la pastificazione si svolge nelle Marche. È ideale in abbinamento con condimenti di verdure, pesti e ragù bianchi.
