Our Cavas are made according to the traditional method. They reflect the aromas and flavors of a precious and perfect terroir. You can find Requena´s county inland of Valencia, 70Km far away from the Mediterranean Sea, with an altitude up to 900 meters above sea level.  Thanks to the climate, geographic situation and rough soils, we are able to get astonishing grapes; keeping their berries with fine and complex aromas that shut the essences of the Valencian village in every bottle of Cava.
