Typical Cuneese chocolate of Cuneo is a praline weighing approx. 18-20 g. with a crisp dark chocolate layer and a smooth filling. The most famous is the Rhum cuneese, but we have created more than twenty different fillings (hazelnut, coconut, limoncello etc.). Our Cuneese is produced by extrusion, using traditional methods and high quality raw materials.
