Salsa per Amatori is a tomato sauce produced through a method of food processing that hands down from one generation to another. High quality tomatoes, carefully selected and processed within a few hours after the harvest, cooked slowly in order to ensure the high density in the final product. The high quality of the raw materials avoids the use of citric acid.  A rich sauce without seeds and peel, with a greater adherence to pasta. The addition of a whole-fresh basil leaf ensures a lively and even fresher taste. Without salt and in this case perfect for people suffering from hypertension. Gluten free and Vegan Certified. Ideal for any king of sauce.
