PINOT GRIGIO SPARKLING WINE Brut Nature (Residual <2,5g/l) Without added Sugar and  without So2. Organic, biodynamic and vegan certified wine made from 100% pinot grigio grapes. Refermented in bottle without disgorgement, the wine ages “sur-lie”, meaning on its own yeasts so with a little veiled and opaque appearance, in contrast with the more familiar brightness and brilliance we are used to. Colour: pink with salmon like shades. Impenetrable due to its natural turbidity. Nose: red berries notes with remarkable feel of strawberry. Palate: bubbles gently enter mouth and  refresh it over and over. Long and pleasant finish.
