Gorgonzola dop Piccante is a soft blue cheese dedicated to those who love intense flavors and strong tastes. It is a compact and thick cheese with an aromatic flavour. In order to guarantee high quality products and Gorgonzola traditional taste, in the production stages the most advanced technologies are combined with steps still performed by hand and particular care is given to the ageing process.
It is naturally lactose and gluten free.
