Winemaking and aging
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting note
Intense and vivid colour that recalls the leaves of garden cherry trees. In the nose, notes of black pepper and touches of aromatic herbs.
Although powerful, the wine is fresh and transmits mineral coolness. Lingering aftertaste in the mouth.

Type of vine
1.5 hectares of a single vineyard at an altitude of 400 meters.
