Aged in oak barrels, Vigna Bordò is made with grapes coming from the vineyards in the Modena piedmont area, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers, in up and down hills.
It has a distinctive acetic perfume enriched by woody notes and a characteristic bittersweet taste with a good level of acidity. NO COLORINGS, ADDITIVES, NOR CARAMEL ADDED.
Its bittersweet taste can enhance omelets, salads and raw vegetables. It is a perfect ingredient for preparing dips as well as marinades.
