Our firm is a small reality located in the province of Foggia in the north of Puglia region. This oil is made with 100% of Italian olives from our direct cultivation. Our secular and indigenous plants do not undergo any type of treatment starting from irrigation. They grow only and exclusively thanks to the earth, the sun and the rain that mother nature decides to give. We take care of them exclusively with natural methods.
This process can be defined as an evaluation of BIO.
Today we have the goal to introduce this extra virgin olive oil TERRE DEL BORGO to those people that put the quality on top of their priorities.
