The Pecorino Superiore “la canaglia”, is a full body white with high minerality and freshness.
Long lasting citrus notes of grapefruit, sage and white flowers. It will surprise your mouth with a pleasant flavor of almond. This vineyard is spiteful because, despite our attention, has a very low yield, as it didn’t want to put much effortto produce more grapes. But at every harvest, we forgive it as it gives us a characteristic, crispy and mouthfilling wine. You will never give up with it! This is why this is “la canaglia”,”the rascal” of Fontefico.
