From the research of the best selected raw materials, to the developing of new production processes, our exclusive recipes were born. Our gelato mixtures allow to serve an always creamy and fresh gelato. They are ready to use, without any other ingredients to be added, storable and shipped at room temperature with 12 months of shelf life.

Our gelato liquid mixtures work with all kind of machines, from traditional batching machine to soft ice cream maker.

We offer a large range of flavours: conventional line (with milk and cream from our cows); fruits line (with 50% of real fruit pulp) and a biological line. We produce also gelato liquid bases, milk and cream and a whole range of dessert.
