Palmento Costanzo

Mofete is a red wine with volcanic structure. It is made from the best grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio on the north side of Etna. The only aging in steel gives classic fruity notes of this kind of grape. The flavour is harmonic, elegant, mineral and fresh. Spicy at the nose, with fresh wild herbs, rose and volcanic ash hints.
