Appearance: golden Yellow, brilliant.

Nose: rich, from tropical fruit to pastries. Vanilla, pineapple, papaya, cotton candy, golden delicious apple: barrique fermentation gives complexity to both the grape varieties.

Taste: dry just to the right point, and tangy. Well-balanced, the correspondence between senses underline the harmony that pervades this wine. The long and pleasant finish invites to a second glass.

Pairing: vegetables appetizers, raw fish dishes, seafood risotto and shellfish.
