Nose: the unmentionable autochthonous grape variety, vinified after a firm drying, gives this blend a very intense note of blackberry and black pepper. Wild berries jam and vegetal notes, make this bouquet rich.
Palate: the formidable softness supported by an adequate freshness and by a richness of flavors which embodies the territory, make this wine well-balanced and well-orchestrated. Lingering, the taste is fully equivalent to the aroma.
Pairing: red meat and soft-aged cheese.
