Its typical colour is deep ruby red with violet ashes. is wine is obtained
by refermentation in autoclave using natural live yeasts.
It presents a pleasant and full bouquet with reminiscent of raspberries and
wild cherries, and it’s an aftertaste sweeter than Raboso Piave.
It is characterised by a strong avour, with a good balance between sharpness
and bitterness and a slight natural piquancy
anks to its lightness and freshness, it perfectly combines with meat and
sh rst courses and with white and cured meat.
