Few but important rules: the ingredients, like the durum wheat semolina “extra” quality (originating from the first grinding of grains) that gives extraordinary quality in terms of color and protein content and our goji berries, cultivated in our farm according to strict production methods, that gift us with all their health benefits; the dough, prepared with a very small amount of water to give a great yield; the production process where the dough is flatted by “lamination” (a cold process that slowly reduces the pastry at room temperature and preserves the protein content) and then slowly dried to give an excellent cooking resistance.

Condiment this pasta with extra virgin olive oil or butter or with a delicate veggie sauce. Delicious with white meat sauces.
