Thanks to a selection of the best Moscatel wines and musts, this balsamic vinegar is born. It is a sweet vinegar made following the oxidative method of fermentation to wine from the Muscat grape, one of the most noble and accessible grape varieties. An exceptionally balanced, fresh, subtle and unmistakably defined vinegar.

Sensory characteristics (tasting note):
 
The Balsamic vinegar with muscatel is a clear, bright and amber color to the sight, on the nose it is intense, pungent and with notes of muscatel wine and white flowers, it is extraordinarily aromatic, with a slightly sweet, liqueur, smooth and balanced flavor in the mouth.
 
Marinate:
 
Recommended as a dressing for salads, dried fruit salads and blue fish.
