Harvest: Exclusively manual, around the middle of September
Winemaking: The grapes are softly pressed and immediately protected by oxidations, thanks to the addition of carbon dioxide that forms a thin barrier of protection from the air
Maceration and pressing: Before the pressing the must stays in contact with the skins about 30 minutes. This allows us to extract only the juice
Colour: Straw yellow of medium intensity, with green shades
Bouquet: Intense aroma of white fruits, followed by a pleasant floral bouquet, fresh and original
Taste: Intense, with integrated acidity in the final mouth, rich of fresh floral notes
Pairing: It can be combined with delicate fish dishes.
