Questo bellissimo spumante metodo classico Trentodoc è ottenuto principalmente da uve Chardonnay coltivate in biologico dall'azienda agricola biologica Maso Martis situata a Martignano, sopra a Trento. L'azienda, specializzata nella produzione di spumanti di altissima qualità, conta 12 ettari di proprietà dove coltiva Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Menieur e Moscato Rosa.
Il Brut è uno spumante molto piacevole al palato, fragrante ed elegante. Vendemmiato a mano, resta sui lieviti circa 20 mesi.
This beautiful sparkling wine Trentodoc is obtained mainly throught Chardonnay grapes cultivated in organic by Maso Martis wine estate, located in Martignano near Trento. Maso Martis is specialized in the production of high quality classic method sparkling wines and in their 12 hectar vineyards, they cultivate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Menieur and Moscato Rosa. This Brut is very pleasant at the taste, fragrant and elegant. The grapes have been picked up by hand and stay on the lees for about 20 months.
